Animals are not permitted at the Inn, either in parked autos, on leashes, in cages/boxes, or anywhere on or around the grounds or property at any time, without exception.
Check-In / Check-Out
You are welcome to check in as soon after 1:00 P.M. as your room is clean and ready. We guarantee it will be ready by 4:00 P.M. If you plan to arrive after our lobby closes, call us or see your confirmation email for late arrival instructions. Checkout time is 11:30 A.M.
A nice thing about the Inn is enjoying the breezes – inside your room with the windows open, or outside at the pool or on the patios. To make sure every guest has the same enjoyable fresh-air experience, we’ve made the entire Inn a non-smoking property.
What we mean by this is that smoking is not permitted at any time in any of the rooms or at any private / public patios and pool areas. If you choose to smoke anyway, please do so off the property. Otherwise an additional cleaning and lost revenue charge of up to $500.00 may apply to your stay.
Groups and Events
The Inn is oriented toward couples and small groups (2–3 rooms). Registered Inn guests are welcome to gather and socialize informally at the Inn as long as their activity does not disturb other guests or prevent the full enjoyment of Inn facilities by others. Please be sensitive about noise levels and the hour of day or night.
If you wish to stay with us in a group of four or more rooms, we require you to make a block booking. Group events must also be approved in advance, and require a block booking agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or end any de-facto group reservations or events not made and approved in advance through a block-booking agreement.
To hold a special event at the Inn requires a “buy out” of all 15 rooms. Please contact us for terms, prices, and services for events. We’re happy to work with you for a memorable event.
Use of Inn Facilities
Because we are so small and quiet, all of our grounds, amenities, and facilities are for use by registered Inn guests only. This includes pools and common areas as well as all guest rooms. Please plan on gathering away from the Inn with anyone who is not also a guest registered and staying at the Inn.
