While we hope you will never have to
cancel a reservation once made, we also know very well that life is
what's happening while we're busy making other plans.
So if you need to change or cancel a regular room reservation, please
give us as much notice as you can to avoid charges.
REGULAR ROOM RESERVATIONS
You may cancel or change your regular room reservation (not package, In-Season, or Holiday reservations) until 72 hours before your arrival date check-in time (4:00 P.M.) without charge. If you change or cancel any portion of your confirmed reservation less than 72 hours in advance of the check-in time for the affected day(s), or at any time during your reserved stay, your credit card on file with us will be charged for 100% of the canceled portion (for each affected day) of your reserved stay.
HOLIDAY AND IN-SEASON
ROOM RESERVATIONS
For room reservations that include either In-Season nights or Holiday periods (chart below), you may cancel or change your reservation until seven days (7 x 24 hours) before your arrival date check-in time (4:00 P.M.) without charge. If you change or cancel any portion of your confirmed In-Season or Holiday room reservation less than seven days in advance of the check-in time for the affected day(s), or at any time during your reserved stay, your credit card on file with us will be charged for 100% of the canceled portion (for each affected day) of your reserved stay.

PACKAGE RESERVATIONS
Because of the special nature of our room & service packages, once we have confirmed your package reservation, we will charge 100% of the quoted package price to your credit card on file in the event of any arrival date change or cancellation made by you for whatever reason within 7 calendar days of your check-in date, and 50% within 7-14 days. All included package services must be scheduled and confirmed at the time of your package reservation, and scheduled service days/times may later only be changed with 24 or more hours notice, and only on a time-slot-available basis, with no guarantee that alternate days / times will be available, and with no credit, refunds, or “rain checks” given for our inability to successfully reschedule during your reserved stay. Changes to confirmed service times made by you less than 24 hours prior to the above-scheduled service times will result in a rescheduling charge equal to 50% of each affected individual non-package service charge.
